It contains a high amount of volatile oil that spreads then evaporates, allowing powder and other oils and a resilient chiffon‑bouncing gel to adhere to the skin, creating a soft‑mat texture with a sheer, airy feel. The remaining oil retains moisture and prevents evaporation, so the skin feels non‑dry and weightless.

A balanced blend of volatile and liquid oils turns powdery after application, and when used as blush it can be blended beautifully; it sets firmly yet feels silky.
