It takes us 1-3 business days to process and ship your order, if the order is delayed, we'll send a notification email.

It depends on the shipping method. DHL worldexpress takes about 2-4 business days, while EMS takes about 3-6 business days. The surface mail varies, it might take as long as 3 months.
Surface mail is the service provided by Japan Post and ship by sea. Due to the Covid-19, some countries only have the surface mail option available. The next update for surface mail once it is shipped is "arrival inward office of exchange", which means your package will get delivered by your local office soon. And there is no update in between.
Both Artistic&co and Ya-man product have one-year factory warranty. If there is no direct local store available, customers can ship the product back to us, and we'll help to ship to the factory service. Customers will be responsible for the shipping cost.
EMS is the priority express international mail.
In Japan it is held by Japan Post and once it arrives the destination country, the package will be further held by your local post office. Please track the package with your local Post Office with the same tracking number given. The tracing information will be more clear/detailed with the local Post Office.
Our products are 100% authentic. It is illegal to hold or sell counterfeit products in Japan. We'll no longer answer questions and inquires about the authenticity.
For DHL packages, the signature is required, customers can authorise no signature through DHL account.
For EMS packages, since the packages are insured, the signature is required. Customers can also log in their Post Office account to authorise no signature. If the customers require no insurance, then customers will need to take the responsibility with any damaged or lost package by default.
