This is the Cleansing Cream from the MILCURE PURE moisturizing skincare line, designed to create hydrated, "bouncy" skin.

It thoroughly removes makeup, excess sebum, and impurities with minimal stress on the skin. Beyond just providing moisture, it conditions the skin to reach its ideal state—one that can effectively retain its own hydration. This is a dual-use formula that can be either wiped off or rinsed off.

Take an appropriate amount (about the size of a Muscat grape) onto your fingertips and blend it well with your makeup and sebum. Afterward, rinse thoroughly with water or lukewarm water. If you prefer to wipe it off, use a soft cloth or tissue to gently remove the cream.
