Use 2 to 3 times a week, at night, on clean skin after washing your face.

Take an amount about the size of a cherry (sakuranbo-tsubu) on your fingertips, place it on five areas—chin, both cheeks, nose, and forehead—spread it over your entire face, and then massage.

After that, carefully wipe it off with tissue paper, taking care not to rub the skin strongly.
