Acseine White Emulsion Cell Up Eye

A gel-type eye serum that protects the eye area, which is prone to dryness and dullness. Designed for eyelids and the under-eye area where dryness-induced dullness is a concern. Formulated with specialized amino acid-coated powders, it creates a layered moisture barrier to replenish and protect the delicate skin around the eyes.
