As the last step of your evening skincare routine, take one scoop with the included spatula (approximately 0.5 g, about 1 cm in diameter) onto your hand and place the cream on five points of your face (forehead, both cheeks, nose, and chin). Then, spread a thick layer over your entire face and gently blend it in. Apply an additional suitable amount to areas of concern.

In the morning, after prepping your skin with essence, lotion, or emulsion, take one scoop with the included spatula (approximately 0.5 g, about 1 cm in diameter) and gently smooth it over your entire face. Apply a sufficient amount evenly to ensure no areas are missed. Using too little will make it difficult to achieve the full UV protection effect. To maintain the UV protection effect, reapply frequently. Reapply if it has rubbed off, such as after towel-drying your skin.
