Our founder’s journey began while living outside of Japan, where who realized how difficult it was to access the favorite Japanese beauty products abroad. This challenge sparked a vision: to make Japanese cosmetics accessible no matter where you are.
Over the past few years, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, we faced unprecedented challenges. International shipping became more unpredictable, and delays were often out of our control. However, we remained committed to our mission, and such experience has also strengthened our resolve to provide exceptional service and building trusted relationships with our customers.
