Give one spritz to your wrist, and lightly layer both wrists together.

While taking a deep breath, use the thenar eminence (the fleshy part at the base of the thumb) to press down the side of the neck, from below the ear toward the collarbone, a few times. (Gently tilting your neck away from the pressing hand will make it easier to press.)

Repeat the process on the other side of your neck.
