Paul & Joe Hydrating Cleansing Water

This hydrating cleansing water removes makeup and unwanted dead skin cells with moisture. When applied, wash micelles composed of four cleansing ingredients dissolve and gently envelop makeup and debris, allowing smooth removal with light pressure and a cotton pad. It contains a biopolymer that gives a pleasant viscosity, creating a slight thickness between cotton and skin to reduce friction and provide a smooth, gentle feel. A phospholipid polymer forms a moisturizing film that prevents water loss, keeping the skin moist after wiping and leaving a smooth impression. It is scented with a violet‑tinged floral powdery fragrance.
