Remove the cap, turn the roller part upward, rotate it clockwise, and align the ▽ mark to ON. You will hear a click when it is in place.
Lightly press the roller onto the area you want to massage and apply an appropriate amount.
Turn the roller part counterclockwise to return to OFF. Return until it clicks, then roll the roller to gently massage.
