After shampooing, gently remove excess water from your hair. Take an appropriate amount of the product in your hand and apply it evenly throughout your hair. Leave it on for a while, then rinse it off. (Leaving it on for 2-3 minutes before rinsing off is more effective.) The recommended amount for one use is about 3-4 pumps for semi-long hair.
