This is a highly moisturizing and deep-penetrating toner that balances the moisture levels within the stratum corneum. It absorbs seamlessly, as if being "drawn into" the depths of the skin, leaving behind a lasting sensation of supple, plump hydration.

Use this in the morning and evening after applying Core Balance Oil. Take an appropriate amount (about the size of a 500-yen coin) onto your palm or a cotton pad, and carefully blend it over your face, moving from the center outward.
