Take an appropriate amount onto the back of one hand, place the back of the other hand on top, and spread well.

Gently blend into each finger, drawing spirals from the base to the tip.

Apply in spirals to the nails and the surrounding area as well.

Rotate the wrist of the hand you've closed into a fist with the opposite hand, ensuring you don't miss these often-overlooked areas.
